The appraisal came in $10k over the sale price, so it was time to finish up and close! Actual close date was August 8th, 2012 as I remember. We took a bunch of pictures before the previous owner moved out, but here it is the houses condition as we moved in.
So, this is the interior of the house except the basement. The specs:
